Jessica has spent more than a decade building high-performing teams, strengthening business operations, and developing strategies that help organizations attract exceptional talent and grow sustainably.

She currently serves as Operations & Growth Manager at Hemma Living, a full-service interior design firm in Northern Minnesota. In her role, Jessica supports the financial, operational, and strategic aspects of the business. Her work spans process development, financial reporting, project profitability, team operations, client experience, marketing, and long-term growth planning. She brings structure and clarity to complex challenges while helping translate the company’s vision into practical, sustainable systems.

Before joining Hemma Living, Jessica held senior talent acquisition leadership roles within corporate, family-owned, and nonprofit organizations. She led high-performing recruiting teams, developed comprehensive recruitment strategies, established early-career leadership programs, and created processes and policies designed to improve performance and support organizational growth.

Jessica earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources from Webster University. She lives in Northern Minnesota and enjoys traveling, baking, and volunteering. She has a particular heart for senior and hospice dogs and has fostered and adopted several animals in need.
